Lavanya the social change maker from Hyderabad

Lavanya Gudelli, a 20 years old girl from Hyderabad, she is a student and a social entrepreneurial. She is much passionate person towards cause and bringing change in the society and always waiting for challenges to solve and overcome. She hails from a family where education is not given much importance but she did not give up her education. She is the only one graduate from entire family.

She drives her own life and motivates other by her burning desires to compete the things with committed spirit and a motto. She has started her organization be the change makers” which is a nongovernmental organization that works for sustainable development in underprivileged community. She shared that initially she was not supported by her parents but within few months she got a huge response from many places and domains. Now, her parents are proud of her. Lavanya says that if you are committed to your goal then nothing can stop you.

Right from childhood her thoughts are inclined to social service and for sure she wants to do something unique. When she was in schooling a strong incident made me to become a social entrepreneur today. A story of mother Theresa inspired her in such a way even today I can’t forget that. Now I’m leading 150+volunteers with committed core team. She believes in following a very productive routine which is not fixed. Lavanya recommends following adequate time for the planning. She gives time to collect her ideas and then spend lot of time to jot down her ideas by accessing power of internet. One of her best thing is to explore a lot and to connect with the new people to grow successfully.

The biggest challenge as an social entrepreneur that being an girl is that there are always people and situations who are unhappy for you whether it may be good or bad that you are exposing through your works. So she learnt to be deaf towards negative voices and at the same time she started correct my mistakes and in order to grow one needs to be ready to take negatives and need to make it positive.

Her policy is the more problems you have it is an opportunity for more blessings and makes a way for more success. One experience problems at every phase of life, so should you be afraid of it? More you solve your issues, you become more solution oriented.

Being a female social entrepreneur 2019, she has seen up downs and at the same time how to tackle the issues in positive manner. She suggests people who are willing to do something in their lives there is no such luck factor or miracles doesn’t happen without hard work find your passion, explore yourself, grow network talk to new people, surround yourself positivity have an unstoppable and committed spirit towards your goal. No one walks by birth, life is all about learning from every experience and make it best.
