Recently, Nabomita Mazumdar, appointed as National Chairman of Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. She says that CIMSME is a platform where you can see the exponential and meaningful growth of everyone through their domestic and international linkage program. What comes first when you think of a community?
She says, a community reminds her exponential and meaningful growth at every corner. Business from everywhere stands an equal chance at succeeding. CIMSME brings in just that! We are at the helm of makers Movement. This confederation will foster growth and understand it from both Birds eye view and worm view.
What do you think of a community driven success?
When everyone cares for the growth of the ecosystem and not just their own profit, that brings in the collective success. It’s not just Blue Oceans strategy. It’s far greater than that. Complementing strength and building agility for others to grow and you work on your own business, will create the profitability for the longest run!
How are you feeling being the chairman of an national level confederation?
She is deeply humbled and grateful for being chosen. She is excited as the vision discussed with her by Mr. Santosh G., Director, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It is highly inspiring. She is proud of the team of State Chairman, Director, Presidents and everyone who is putting their shoulders to the wheel to make the vision a grand success.
Message to the CIMSME members
We are living at the times where we can literally create the result we want. We are grateful to the technology and support that we have around. We are going to create the world, we had only dreamt of. This is not just about Profits, Revenue, Y-o-Y Growth. This is far bigger than what the world tomorrow will need.
