Mount Carmel College signed MOU with CIMSME for Entrepreneurship Development
Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises signed MOU with Mount Carmel College on 17th Aug’2020 for setting up Centre of Excellence for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship. The agreement signing ceremony was well attended by Dr. Sr. Arpana, Principal; Dr. Charmaine Jerome, Vice Principal; Dr. Uma V, PG, Dean; Dr. Sr. Sajita, Campus Administrator from Mount Carmel College (MCC) and Santosh G. Director; Biju, Director, CoE Practices of CIMSME and Mishma, Global Communication Head from Confederation.

Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, today announced that the confederation is reinforcing its expertise in Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship with the launch of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. The Centre of Excellence, will be equipped with the latest specific tools and infrastructure both developed in-house and by industry leading partners.
The CoE is being established in MCC Bangalore with an objective to provide a platform to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in a collaborative and enabling environment for a positive impact on the Indian Economy. It will deliver services such as awareness of entrepreneurship development and handholding, creating innovation mind-set, idea to product to go to market support, conducting various hackathon, idea-thon, investor connect program etc.
